複合現実（MR）：ミクスト・リアリティ
複合現実（MR）とは、現実空間と仮想空間を混合し、現実のモノがリアルタイムで影響し合う新たな空間を構築する技術全般を指す。ミクスト・リアリティ、複合現実感とも呼ばれる。現実空間を主軸に仮想環境が点在する拡張現実（AR：オーグメントテッド・リアリティ)と、現実空間を仮想環境が上書きする拡張仮想（AV：オーグメンテッド・バーチャル）を包合する概念である。空間的整合性、時間的整合性、光学整合性など実空間と合致させる要素によって、その性質が評価される。

コンピュテーショナルデザイン、AI、デジタルシミュレーションなど、現代の設計技術を積極的に取り込みながらも、建築の本質が「身体で感じる物質」であることを忘れない。
光、重力、陰影、素材、比例、幾何学。
人間の感覚に根差した普遍的な美しさと、先端技術による新しい空間体験を融合させること。
それが、MR STUDIOの考える“複合現実としての建築”である。
現実と仮想。
情報と物質。
その境界が曖昧になりつつある時代だからこそ、私たちは、人の身体と感覚に深く響く「リアルな建築」を創造したいと考えている。

We explore a new form of architecture emerging between Physical Reality and Virtual Reality.While actively embracing contemporary design technologies such as computational design, AI, and digital simulation, we never forget that the essence of architecture lies in physicality — material, space, and human perception.Light, gravity, shadow, materiality, proportion, and geometry.
Our aim is to merge timeless spatial beauty rooted in human sensation with new spatial experiences created through advanced technologies.This is our vision of architecture as Mixed Reality.As the boundary between the virtual and the physical becomes increasingly blurred, we believe architecture must become even more real — resonating deeply with the human body, memory, and senses.
